REFUNDS

To secure a photography session or event coverage, a non-refundable retainer or deposit may be required at the time of booking. This retainer reserves your scheduled date and time and will be applied toward the total cost of the service.

Bookings are not confirmed until the required retainer has been received.

If a client cancels a scheduled session or service:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled one time at no additional cost, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session may result in the forfeiture of the retainer.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Clients may request to reschedule their session if notice is provided at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within a reasonable timeframe and are subject to availability.

Only one reschedule request per booking may be permitted unless otherwise approved.

For outdoor sessions or events, sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions or other circumstances outside of either party’s control.

In these situations, the photographer will work with the client to schedule a new date.

For live events or Game Day coverage, services are provided during the scheduled event window. Because event coverage is time-based, refunds are generally not available once coverage has begun.

Availability of images may depend on factors such as gameplay activity, lighting conditions, or access limitations.

Due to the nature of digital photography and downloadable media, all digital image purchases, downloads, and delivered media files are non-refundable once delivered.

While every effort is made to capture high-quality images and content, photography results may vary depending on environmental conditions, athlete participation, lighting conditions, venue restrictions, or other external factors beyond the photographer’s control.
